Working with me

As a consultant, I root in my Jewish lineage and the value of tikkun olam - relational repair with ourselves, each other & the earth. I work with people and organizations of all backgrounds. If you are new to this work, check out my definitions page.

My specialities are bringing the land into the conversation, rooting in our lineages and holding nuance with care. By that I mean - I encourage us to gather outdoors in natural locations, I share about how my lineages influence my work and encourage others to do as well, and I value engaging with complexity.

I work with organizations that are struggling with: staff satisfaction and retention, ineffective communication and feedback, burnout, & aligning values with actions. Doing this work together can increase: staff satisfaction and retention, effective communication, your organization’s ability to sustainably navigate a changing word, and the impact of your work.

I have worked in the Jewish, environmental and social justice sectors for over ten years in a variety of roles including logistics, conference & festival production, project management, program design, curriculum development, consultation, teaching and facilitation. I bring a strong vision & analysis of how an organization's work connects to larger movements for change, an intersectional approach to justice work, and a passion for workplace that live their values in the organizational cultures they create.

Additional experience I bring include: organizing Jewish people for Indigenous solidarity, DEI consulting and committee work, facilitation, graduate-level teaching, sitting in council, nature connection & education, a lifetime of being queer, an undergraduate minor in Gender & Sexuality Studies and a Masters in Social Change.

Review of written policies and other relevant documents. Full report assessing how the language reflects and upholds oppressive systems, suggestions for alternatives and explanations.

Rate: $75-$150/hour sliding scale

Staff Stakeholder Interviews

Interviews with representative staff members about your organizational culture - what’s working, where are areas for growth, ideas for change. Report synthesizing interviews with recommended action steps.

Education & Training

Facilitated capacity building through education & skills training. An opportunity for your staff to learn together, bond, reflect and practice important skills for cultural change & aligning values with actions.
